SS-QOLI™ Assessment
Secure Self™ & Quality of Life Inventory

The Secure Self™ & Quality of Life Inventory (SS-QOLI™) is designed to help you better understand how you are doing in different areas of your life. It combines questions about your quality of life with questions about the Secure Self™’s ten areas of healthy functioning, including physical health, emotions, identity, thinking, beliefs, behavior, relationships, purpose, adaptability, and overall well-being. The goal is to identify your strengths, areas for growth, and ways you can continue moving toward a healthier, more balanced, and meaningful life.

Please answer each question based on your experiences during the past two weeks. When you finish, save your results as a PDF and download a copy for your records. You may also choose to share your results with a healthcare provider, therapist, coach, parent, or other trusted support person to help guide conversations about your well-being and personal growth.

🔒 Privacy notice: Your responses are not saved on this platform. If you want to keep a copy of your results, it is recommended that you save the PDF and send it only to yourself using a secure personal email account or trusted storage location before sharing it with others.
This assessment includes adapted questions from the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment (WHOQOL-BREF).
